After the tragic death of her parents, Dr. Grace Sullivan inherits more than she bargained for. An empty house she’s never heard of, a nosy neighbor, and the restless spirits of a violent, century old murder.
A hard-nosed skeptic, Grace refuses to believe in ghosts despite hearing sounds and seeing things that can’t be explained.
When she unearths antique furniture from the basement, the spirits become agitated and dangerous. Ian Black and Alex Gallagher, a team of ghost hunters, come in to investigate.
Still denying the paranormal events in her home, Grace can’t bring herself to take the ghost hunters or the psychic medium who teams up with them seriously. As Grace struggles with her grief and the feelings she’s developing for headstrong Ian, the disturbing mystery of the house deepens. Now she’ll have to face the unbelievable before the spirits claim her for their own.

Thank you!
First of all, let me say thanks to all of you who take the time to read my stories. It is such a blessing to be able to share my work and to know there are readers out there enjoying my words!
A big, huge, ginormous thank you to the incredible design team at Blue Harvest Creative, who as always made this book a true work of art! I don’t know what I’d do without you guys! 🙂 You are not only extraordinary at your craft but you are also fantastic friends and I am so lucky to know you!
To my author besties Audra, Carolyn, Sara, Sorcha, Emerald and Claire who humor me and give me so much support…you guys rock. Seriously. You always know how to put a smile on my face and I hope you all know that the main reason I’m writing Vasser #3 is for you guys! Love you all!
To Allison, my first reader and faithful illustrator who will sit and listen to me talk about story ideas for hours and not complain 😉 This is the lovely image she created for this book, which portrays one of the spirits in the story, Sally. Isn’t it haunting? Check out more of her work here: https://www.facebook.com/artistallikappen
As always a huge thank you to my mom, who is still my biggest fan. I would be honestly lost without your love and support every step of the way! And to my mother-in-law, step-mom, aunts and cousins (love you Jody!) who cheer me on each and every day and give me strength even when I feel like I suck.
To my husband who puts up with so much and still humors me when I want to rant about books and story ideas. Thank you for being my in-house encyclopedia of knowledge on so many subjects and for making sure I don’t go crazy!
Last but not least, a huge thank you to the supportive group of Blue Harvest Creative Authors who I can always turn to for help or advice. You guys are amazing and I feel so lucky to be a part of such a fantastic and talented group of authors!
Thanks again to everyone who helped make this book a reality. I hope you all enjoy reading it as much as I loved writing it!
