A note from the author…
In mid-2010, an idea formed in my mind that I could not ignore. It was an idea that consumed my every waking thought for the next two years, and I carved and molded and shaped this concept into what is now The Dryad Quartet. As with every author, I put my heart and soul into these four books, crafting them into what equates to my first baby. The characters live and breathe within my heart, and I feel as though they are lifelong friends I was destined to create. The battles they faced and the love they forged with each other is a story that has changed my life, in more ways than one.
Not only has it given me a notable accomplishment to be proud of, it has also given me the opportunity to meet some amazing people all across the world. Readers, authors, designers, bloggers, reviewers…all of you have made this journey of mine these last several months a special one, and I cannot thank you enough for the support you have given me. You gave me inspiration when I was tired, encouragement when I was broken, hope when I was lost, and most importantly, you’ve given me your friendship when I needed it the most.
So I dedicate this compilation of The Dryad Quartet to all of you, in the hopes that your lives are blessed with success, love, and eternal happiness. And to my first readers, those who took a chance on an unknown author with a wild imagination, I hope you enjoy all of the fantastic extras in this book. Every facet was created with you in mind.

About the Author:
Nothing can compare to the exhilaration of discovering, at last, a mode of release for the imagination. Mine came, after years of struggling to visualize my creativity, in the form of the written word. I found myself with my nose constantly in a book, absorbing the life of the characters and the beauty of the setting. It was intoxicating, to say the least, and the only thing I knew was that I wanted to give writing a shot, and take the thousands of characters and storylines in my head and put them down on paper, and form them into something real and compelling.
In truth, I’m just a girl from a small town north of Los Angeles, with an imagination for days and thank goodness a keyboard at my fingertips. And even though my husband thinks I’m a nerd and my mom is undoubtedly my biggest fan, at the end of the day I’m loving life and enjoying giving breath to the characters living in my heart, and sharing with others all the creativity I can harness.
I believe in true love, and I’ve always believed in happy endings. And that is just the beginning of the story.
